Our mission is to use the creative industries as a vehicle for social change. We do this by ensuring the long term contribution and participation of talent from underrepresented groups.
We believe in the power of narratives to drive cultural change. We understand that art can help to shift perceptions, change attitudes and provide existence. This is why our work facilitates innovative cultural production that amplifies the experiences of people from low socio economic backgrounds; people who are Black, Global Majority or from other marginalised ethnic groups, disabled people, LGBT+ people and people with migrant and refugee lived experience.
Our Values
Collaboration
We work together with producers, agents, filmmakers, casting directors, industry partners and talent to ensure a safer, more inclusive industry for all.
Community
We encourage our cohorts to uplift each others wins and creative pursuits to foster relationships that will strengthen their.
Courage
We remain accountable, counter culture and advocate for those who are oppressed.
Legacy
We exist so that marginalised talent can build generational wealth and establish their influence within the arts for years to come.
“The opportunities Bridge has given me I wouldn’t have been able to get myself. Their support system has been amazing - they gave me hope, supported me with my auditions, helped me make new connections and meet people who are able to give advice that will help with my career and life. I’m very thankful.”
